The Chairman of the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON), Abia State chapter, and Mayor of Isuikwuato LGA, Hon. Chinedu Ekeke, has conveyed heartfelt birthday wishes to the Deputy Governor of Abia State, Engr. Ikechukwu Emetu, FNSE, as he marks another year of life and service.
